Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DADit mobile application ("App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Family Sharing: You are responsible for the actions of any family members you invite to your account/family squad.

3. Content and Conduct

User Content: You retain ownership of the data you enter (logs, notes, photos). By entering it, you grant us a license to store and process it solely for providing the App's services.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the code, or use it for any illegal purpose.

4. Medical Disclaimer

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The App is designed for tracking and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read on the App. In an emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DADit and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DADit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
